Langham’s Green Team is an internal programme that encourages active participation, colleague engagement, learning and awareness. Our Green Teams are the powerhouses of our community service campaigns. They play an important role by raising new ideas and initiatives for environmental improvement in each property.

The Green Team Committee in every hotel holds ownership in implementing existing programmes and shaping future programmes. Initiatives range from improved recycling systems and water conservation measures to community service and charitable fundraising events.

An internal newsletter is also distributed to all colleagues and hotels highlighting key achievements, group performance updates, property initiatives and community service events. Newsletters are also accessible by company-wide colleagues via an internal Green Team intranet site.
