You can earn up to 65,000 Asia Miles when you book a qualified group stay or event at any participating The Langham, Langham Place or Eaton Hotels globally.

Earning Asia Miles is easy! Simply stage a qualified event with a minimum spending of US$6,500 at the participating hotels. For every US$1 you spend, you will get 1 Asia Mile in return.

Qualified events include:

  Group bookings with both guestroom accommodation (minimum of 10 rooms per peak night) and catering (minimum of 15 persons per event)
  Room-only bookings with a minimum of 10 rooms per peak night
  Catering-only (except wedding or social event) events with a minimum of 15 persons per event

Terms and Conditions
  Asia Miles will be awarded to event organiser who confirmed a qualified event with a minimum spending of USD6,500 per event. A qualified event consists of guestroom accommodation with a minimum of 10 rooms per peak night and/or catering event (meeting and banquet only excluding wedding or social event) with a minimum of 15 persons per event at hotel meetings facilities.
  For each qualified event, a maximum of 65,000 Asia Miles will be awarded.
  Asia Miles will be awarded based on actualised revenue and after final invoice is settled. Spot exchange rate on the day of payment will be used.
  Only one event organiser per contract is eligible to earn Asia Miles and the name of the event organiser must be included in sales agreement for such event.
  A valid Asia Miles membership number shall be provided when signing the sales agreement and present the membership card upon payment to earn Asia Miles.
  Eligible event spending consists of guestroom revenue, catering revenue at hotel meetings facilities and meeting room rental only. All applicable taxes, service charges, gratuities, and third party charges are not eligible to accrue any Asia Miles.
  The offer is only applicable to new bookings. It is not valid for events that have already been booked or consumed
  The offer is only applicable to qualified events placed at current participating hotels.
  The offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other special or promotional offers.
  Please note that once Asia Miles has been chosen, no takethelead points will be awarded to the event organizer's takethelead membership account for the same event.
