BOND restaurant | lounge
Blending the grand architectural elements and history of the hotel with modern design, BOND restaurant | lounge is a stylish destination for modern American fare and creative cocktails.
Under 25-foot vaulted ceilings appointed with opulent crystal chandeliers, guests enjoy local, seasonal cuisine created by The Langham, Boston’s Executive Chef Mark Sapienza and BOND’s Chef de Cuisine Sean Patrick Morrison, who source meats, produce and seafood from New England farms and purveyors.
Plush lounge seating pairs with a 12-foot rosewood bar in front of a mirrored backdrop to set the stage for a lively evening while BOND’s team of experienced mixologists shake up inventive cocktails to complement extensive wine, champagne and craft beer lists.
Above the bar lies the Dom Perignon Lounge, an exclusive balcony with seating for private events, overlooking the main restaurant.
Experience our new BOND 200 dinner series launching this fall! Starting October 15, and then the third Thursday of every month, join us for a 3-5 course prix fixe menu created by the BOND culinary team from ingredients sourced within a 200 mile radius of the hotel and paired with a local wine, spirit or beer. The first BOND 200 Dinner on October 15 will feature vodka, rum, gin & whiskey from the Gloucester-based Ryan & Wood distillery. The cost is $65 per person.
