Inspired by the season's finest ingredients, guests are invited to delight in tea sandwiches, scones and pastries, and indulge in enchanting teas from our exclusive spring selection.

The English Garden Tea menu highlights include Diver Sea Scallops with Spring Onion Puree, Gooseberry Chutney, Fennel and Herb Blossoms; Spring Lamb Loin, with Carrot Puree, Pickled Mustard Seeds, Grilled Broccolini and Margold; Lemon Thyme Scone, Grapefruit Rosemary Shortbread and Raspberry Rose Entrement.
