Executive Chef Anthony Zamora and his culinary team present guests with a vast brunch displayed throughout the hotel’s second floor. Menu offerings include Poached Eggs Benedict, Brioche French Toast with Vermont maple syrup, and Vanilla Pearl Sugar Belgian Waffles.

Bountiful Ocean Seafood Station features such delicacies as Chilled Jumbo Shrimp, Alaskan Snow Crab, King Crab and freshly shucked Oysters.
Carving Station delights guests with Honey Glazed Ham and Rosemary Roasted New York Strip.
Omelet Station offers cage-free eggs and egg whites with an array of cheese, meat and vegetable choices.
Smokehouse Station presents three varieties of house-smoked and cured salmons, cream cheese and miniature bagels.
In true brunch fashion, the hotel offers guests a Bloody Mary Bar with mixologist selections of spirits, mixers and garnishes, and a complimentary glass of Mimosa. Those looking to end their dining experience on a sweet note, can visit the Crepe Station, or choose from a lavish selection of tarts, eclairs, petit fours, cakes, macaroons, cookies and candies.
In addition to spoiling mom with a decadent Mother’s Day Buffet, guests can enjoy the relaxing music of a live jazz trio and the fanciful illusions of a magician. Prior to departing, families are invited to stand with their leading lady in front of a Langham Pink, custom-designed floral wall.
