Celebrating All Things Silver and Sparkly

Enjoy a five-course prix fixe dinner and celebratory sparkling wine toast. Chef de Cuisine Jeff Vucko presents Butternut Squash Soup with crème fraiche, Ossetra Royale Caviar, and chanterelle conserva; Rohan Duck Confit with beets, citrus, frisée, radicchio, braised salsify, and black truffle; Monkfish with Manila clams, bouillabaisse, braised fennel, and saffron touile; Wagyu Short Rib with pommes mille feuille, cippolini agrodolce, horseradish, and celery root; and Citrus Pavlova with grapefruit granita, black currant ice cream, and yuzu curd.

RAISE A GLASS - New Year's Eve at Travelle

Andy Warhol’s “Silver Factory” is the New Year’s Eve party theme at Travelle Lounge. Inspired by Warhol’s New York City studio decked out in silver, you are invited to dance the night away. Tables can be reserved with a $150 minimum spend per person. A celebratory sparkling wine toast at midnight is included.
