New Year's Eve Dinner

Chef de Cuisine, Ricardo Jarquin presents two delectable prix-fixe dinner options for you to enjoy on the last day of the year. 

First Seating 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
A champagne toast is the prelude to a four-course dinner featuring a variety of offerings that include Roasted Corn Bisque and Seared Branzino, exquisitely paired with delectable wines throughout the evening.

Second Seating 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm
The grand finale dinner highlights a five-course menu of Chef Ricardo's culinary masterpieces Charred Lobster Tail and Braised Wagyu Short Ribs; complemented by selectively paired wines and a champagne toast.

SOUND OF THE SEASON

Singers from Chicago Children’s Choir will perform carols and holiday favorites in The Langham, Chicago’s lobby on Saturday, 2 December; Saturday, 9 December; and Saturday, 16 December from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm. A lavish hot chocolate cart will be available for attendees, who are sure to be enthralled by a special a visit from Santa Claus.
