ARTISTIC DEBUT BY NEW EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF

The Langham, Hong Kong welcomes the talented Spanish chef David Puig as the new Executive Pastry Chef, overseeing the pastry division across all western restaurants for the five-star hotel.

Amazed by the diversified art collection around the hotel on his arrival, the young chef from Barcelona is translating the remarkable artworks by Chinese and American contemporary artists into five art-inspired desserts, including the True & False Banoffee Pie, the refreshing The Citrus Garden, Butterfly Matcha Crème Brûlée, the Chocolate Pentacle Temptation and Red Strawberry Paris Brest.

The art-inspired desserts will be served at Bostonian Seafood and Grill from 22 March to 22 April 2018.

Bostonian Seafood and Grill welcomes Spring with new seasonal highlights on the à la carte menu. The “Lanson” Connection cold oyster topped with Lanson champagne, crab jelly and caviar and the Roasted Beet Salad with lemon and honey dressing are absolutely refreshing under the warm and humid weather.

For those who love sharing can start with Baked Alaskan Scallops with Sea Urchin, follow by the tender and juicy Roasted 35oz New Zealand “Te Mana” Lamb Oyster Shoulder, which has been first slow-cooked for 12 hours. Do not forget the all-time classics such as the jumbo Seafood Tower and Grilled 12oz Rib-eye.

Sunday Brunching

Spend Sunday brunching at Bostonian and dig in to a limitless selection of iced crawfish, crab claw, sashimi and cheese. Guests will also receive tableside imported lobster, Maine crab cake and foie gras, while featured mains include Beef Wellington and our signature Fish and Chips. Leave room for the latest sampling of “Le Retro” desserts that won’t disappoint.

Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages are served during Sunday Brunch at HK$628 per adult and HK$368 per child. Otherwise, simply top up HK$200 to enjoy free-flow alcoholic beverages including Lanson Champagne.
