Barbie™ high tea returns to the langham, Melbourne to celebrate kids’ fashion and individuality.

During the September and October school holidays from Monday 25 September until Friday 13 October, Barbie™ will return to The Langham, Melbourne with the Barbie™ Fashionista Children’s High Tea at the hotel’s luxurious Aria Lounge. The tea aims to celebrate girls’ and boys’ unique interpretation of fashion. Families are recommended to book without delay as over 1000 bookings were made within 48 hours of launch.
Now in its seventh consecutive year, our little Langham high tea lovers will be treated with a decadent selection of sweets inspired by the world of fashion. From sweetheart macarons and daisy muffins to ruffle cupcakes and Barbie bow cookies, the menu is full of fashion inspired treats that are on trend in a palette of pastel hues and yes, adorable and edible! Children are encouraged to dress just the way they want and to celebrate their individual tastes and embrace their individuality. Barbie™ Fashionista Children’s High Tea also features sprinkle chocolate mousse cones, jewellery box macaroni balls and the all-time favourite fluffy scone. There will also be delicious cucumber-ribbon sandwiches and the perennial kid’s favourite combination of ham and cheese, served with raspberry cordial or hot chocolate. There are two sessions each weekday, 10am until 11:30am and 12:30pm until 2pm. Children’s high tea is $39.00 per child or $49.00 with a carry away Barbie™ Fashionista doll. Adults are $59 per person for the hotel’s newly re-launched Wedgwood high tea.

The brand new Wedgwood high tea includes a silver moon macaron filled with Earl Grey - infused Belgian milk chocolate ganache, Gianduja chocolate mousse with coconut mist, matcha, yuzu and green tea sponge, blue swimmer crab remoulade with fennel slaw, torn burrata with heirloom dehydrated tomatoes and traditional buttermilk and date scone served with Wedgwood tea, espresso coffee or a glass of sparkling wine.
