Kips Bay Suite

Bathed in natural light during the daytime and showcasing views of the twinkling city lights in the evening, Kips Bay Suite is perfect for meetings, conferences, luncheons, or dinners. Spread over 1,380 square feet, Kips Bay Suite can host up to 175 guests in a reception setting and features a Foyer area perfect for pre-event cocktails or a mid-day break.  For more intimate meetings or events, the Suite can be divided into two smaller salons, and combined with Kips Bay Foyer. For larger events, it can also be combined with the Madison Square Suite.  The luxury interior design of the space features wooden slatted ceilings, pin lighting to allow for focused interior lighting and leather paneled separation walls. The contemporary design is supported by innovative technology, including state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, acoustically engineered spaces, flat screen televisions and user friendly connectivity. 

Kips Bay Foyer

With double doors that open into Kips Bay Suite, Kips Bay Foyer is the ideal space for hosting everything from a coffee break to a reception with a dance floor. Featuring a trio of original paintings by the legendary American artist, Alex Katz, this contemporary space can be transformed to fit your every need.

Murray Hill Dining Room

With views overlooking New York's iconic Fifth Avenue, the Murray Hill Dining Room is spread over 1,364 square feet and can host up to 150 guests in a reception style setting. This intimate dining space is ideal for corporate dinners or celebratory events. The Dining Room connects to the Murray Hill Living Room, perfect for pre-event cocktails or other functions.  The luxury interior design of the space features wooden slatted ceilings, pin lighting to allow for focused interior lighting and leather paneled separation walls. Murray Hill Living Room

The Living Room is an intimate space on its own for up to 100 guests or it can be combined with the Murray Hill Dining Room to double the size of the space. Also overlooking Fifth Avenue, Murray Hill Living room provides the perfect setting for pre or post event cocktails. The oversized, plush corner sofa lends itself cocktail lounge style parties or a place to relax and enjoy a coffee during a break from all day meetings. 

Madison Square Suite

Our largest and most versatile boardroom can be used for more than just meetings. Featuring floor to ceiling windows overlooking 36th Street, Madison Square Suite has space for up to 60 guests reception style or 30 guests conference room style, which allows it to be used for corporate meetings, conferences, or lunches and dinners. With the adjoining Madison Square Foyer that is perfect for everything from pre-dinner cocktails to breakout sessions, the flexibility of this space serves to meet your needs. The contemporary design is supported by innovative technology, including state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, high speed internet, LED flat screen televisions, and user friendly connectivity.

Our largest and most versatile boardroom can be used for more than just meetings. Broadway West 

Our second largest boardroom (Madison Square being the largest), Broadway West is situated near the other two Broadway Boardrooms and can be reserved on its own or as part of the Broadway Collection. Broadway West can host up to 20 guests for a board meeting or up to 30 guests for an intimate dinner party. Additionally, it is fully equipped to host media events like press junkets or can be used as break-out rooms for conferences. Featuring state-of-the-art technologies such as LED screen televisions, high-speed wireless internet and user friendly capabilities for presentations, the versatility of the Broadway Collection is endless.

Broadway North

Ideal for small meetings or break-out space, Broadway North is versatile enough to meet the needs of your next small event. Fully equipped to host press and media events, the space also features state-of-the-art technologies such as LED screen televisions, high-speed wireless internet and user friendly capabilities for presentations.

Broadway East

Although it is the smallest boardroom in The Gallery, Broadway East is ideal for private meetings for up to 12 people or it can be used as an office space during the time you are hosting a conference. The room is also ideal as a break-out room for conferences and features state-of-the-art technologies such as LED screen televisions, high-speed wireless internet and user friendly capabilities for presentations.
