A Facebook contest wherein followers can nominate the breast cancer warrior in their lives who will win an overnight stay at Langham Place, New York; a day of beauty at Chuan Body + Soul composed of two signature treatments and a relaxing day at the spa; and breakfast for two at Ai Fiori, the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant. Two specialty items at Chuan Body + Soul – the Vital Oligo Regenerating Facial Treatment by Immunocologie ($225 for 50 minute treatment) and the Inner Strength Massage from Aromatherapy Associates ($315 USD for an 80 minute treatment); with 10% of the proceeds from each benefitting Breast Treatment Task Force
Langham Place, New York chose to work with Breast Treatment Task Force (BTTF) because of the important work they do helping women in New York City without insurance access free breast screening, diagnostics and treatment. The average BTTF patient earns $30,000 annually and does not receive health benefits from her employer, with the average healthcare plans costing at least $300 per month.
The partners chosen for this promotion were selected because of their individual commitments to breast cancer awareness.
The Inner Strength Massage from Aromatherapy Associates was specifically created to offer a sense of strength, courage and positive frame of mind that will lead to holistic wellness. This is achieved through the selection of essential oils used in the massage which have been shown to have incredible therapeutic effects when used in this treatment.
Founded by Karen Ballou after she was diagnosed with cancer, Immunocologie was formed with the basic idea that the skin is the body’s first line of defense against immunocological illness. The Vital Oligo Regenerating Facial Treatment from Immunocologie is the result of more than 10 years of research and development. It is a natural skincare delivery system that, through the unique molecular dispersion of minerals derived from French green clay reduces inflammatory responses caused by environmental stressors.
The Facebook contest will include both of these treatments, along with the overnight stay and breakfast for two at Ai Fiori. The contest will be accepting entries on Langham Place, New York’s Facebook page until November 30, 2017 when the winner will be announced. The winner will have one calendar year to claim his or her prize.
