The Langham, New York presents "Make your own bread with Eric Kayser," a two day-event, September 14-16, 2018, which includes:

- A special invitation-only meet-and-greet with Chef Eric Kayser, accompanied by cocktails, during which Chef Kayser will sign copies of his latest book “Maison Kayser’s French Pastry Workshop”
- A two-hour hands-on bread baking demonstration led by Chef Kayser and Maison Kayser’s Executive Bread Chef Yann Ledoux
- A prix-fixe brunch at Maison Kayser at The Langham, featuring a specially curated menu from the restaurant team.
