Wedding Photography at The Langham
Photos on the hotel grounds are offered exclusively to the couples who have contracted their wedding with the hotel.
On select days, when we do not have weddings scheduled at the hotel, we are able to contract wedding and engagement photos with the following parameters:
- Space availability is confirmed six weeks prior to the requested photo shoot date
- The wedding couple must be hotel guests on either the evening of the photo shoot or the night prior
- The photographer must provide: a proof of liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 (general liability insurance), and sign our Vendor Code of Conduct form
Photo Shoot Fee:
$950 Monday to Thursday for a two-hour period
$2000 Friday to Sunday for a two-hour period
Designated areas are stipulated on the contract
- Couples may take photos inside their guest room. If non-approved couples and/or wedding parties are observed taking photos in non-approved areas, they will be asked to leave the premises.
