Kitchens on Kent
The Langham, Sydney is very excited to announce that from Monday, April 1st 2019, we will begin our much anticipated Food and Beverage expansion project.
Due to open in Spring 2019, The Langham, Sydney has taken buffet style dining to another level with the opening of Kitchens on Kent. The sophisticated and elegant multi-station dining experience features an array of international show kitchens, where guests can observe, engage and acquaint themselves with our multicultural culinary experts while enjoying local produce and techniques sourced by Executive Chef Dave Whitting. Select a drink from our curated beverage list including an extensive variety of the finest wines, beers, and spirits.
To minimise any disruption to your stay experience, we have made some temporary amendments to our hotel dining venues:
- Our current breakfast buffet and A La Carte menu service will be relocated to The Dining Room or our Observatory Bar, both located on the ground floor.
- Our extensive Private Kitchen menu, designed to dine in the comfort of your room, remains available 24 hours, 7 days a week. For the duration of the restaurant expansion project, the Private Kitchen Delivery charge will be complimentary.
Please be advised that we do expect some level of noise impact as a result of these improvements, however this will be limited to the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
