TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The offer is applicable only for new bookings contracted between 1 September and 31 December 2019 and taking place within the listed "Group Value Dates" in 2020. For more details, please contact our sales representatives.
- The offer is applicable only to accommodation groups with a minimum of 10 guestrooms per peak night (excluding wedding group room only block).
- The concession of “Cancellation Terms Waived” is applicable for the contracted event cancelling at least 120 days prior to the first event start date.
- The concession of “No Attrition” is applicable for the contracted event releasing the guestrooms at least 90 days prior to the first guestroom arrival date.
- The concession of “No Food and Beverage Minimum” is applicable to all meeting rooms with 40 or more people in the Drawing Room 1, or 3, Ballroom 1 or Ballroom 2. This is not applicable for the entire Ballroom and Drawing Room.
- A maximum of two complimentary rooms per night will be offered per contracted qualified event.
- The roundtrip airport transfer can only be used within the event's staying period. Advance reservation is required
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or promotions.
- The offer is not valid for qualified events that have already been contracted or consumed.
- The offer and value dates are subject to change without prior notice.
