Chuan Spa offers an extensive selection of treatments, combining the finest traditions of both the East and West.

Based upon the principles of Yin and Yang and the five essential elements, treatments are personalized to rebalance each of our guests.

Spa etiquette
Chuan Spa is an area of serenity and relaxation and as such we request that you are respectful of others privacy by deactivating any communication devices such as mobile telephones.

What to wear?
Chuan Spa will provide you with a robe and slippers to wear during your visit and you will be allocated a locker for all of your personal belongings. Our therapists are professionally trained and will ensure that they meet with your level of comfort by appropriately draping body areas that are not a focus for the treatment. Undergarments are optional in such areas however we do request that swimming attire is worn in the sauna, steam, pool and spa facilities.

Appropriate arrival time?
If this is your first visit to Chuan Spa please arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment to ensure time to check-in, change your clothing and relax in our facilities. We recommend a warm shower and a glass of water before any of our treatments.
