Dr Lo Ka Shui has been a member of
the Board of Great Eagle since 1980
and is now Chairman and Managing
Director of Great Eagle Holdings Limited.
He is a non-executive Director
of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking
Corporation Limited, Shanghai Industrial
Holdings Limited, Phoenix Satellite
Television Holdings Limited and
China Mobile (Hong Kong) Limited.
He is also a Director of Hong Kong
Exchanges and Clearing Limited,
a Vice President of the Real Estate
Developers Association of Hong Kong,
a Trustee of the Hong Kong Centre
for Economic Research, a member
of the Council of Advisors on Innovation
and Technology and a Board Member
of the Airport Authority. Dr Lo,
a son of the Chairman of Great Eagle
Holdings, Mr Lo Ying Shek, graduated
with a Bachelor of Science degree
from McGill University and an M.D.
from Cornell University. He has
more than 24 years’ experience
in property and hotel development
and investment both in Hong Kong
and overseas. |

Mr So, who has over 30 years’
extensive experience in international
hotel management, first joined the
Great Eagle Group in 1989. In addition
to opening our own Eaton Hotel in
1989, he has played a primary role
in all our acquisitions since 1994.
He rejoined the Group in 2002 as Executive
Vice President of the hotel division
with overall responsibility for the
development, opening and operation
of hotels.
He began his hotel career with
Hilton International in 1971 before
joining Meridien Hotels in 1981
as Group Financial Controller for
their two Asian hotels in Hong Kong
and subsequently as Regional Financial
Controller – Meridien Asia/Pacific. |

Mr Butcher, who has a strong sales
and operational background from positions
in Asia, the Pacific and the USA,
joined Langham Hotels International
in 2002 after an 18-year career within
Sheraton Hotels. He is especially
experienced in the operational development
of new hotel projects, and has been
responsible for overseeing both the
development and opening in 2004 of
the Langham Place Hotel, Mongkok,
Hong Kong. Currently he also serves
as our Senior Vice President –
Sales and Marketing. |

| Nigel ROBERTS |

Mr Roberts has extensive European
and Asian experience in senior management
and operational roles, and he was
General Manager of a number of hotels
within the Mandarin Oriental Hotel
Group for over ten years where his
last appointment was as General Manager,
Operations. He also served as Area
Managing Director Malaysia for Starwood’s
luxury brands during 1998-1999. Mr
Roberts joined Langham Hotels International
in 1999 as General Manager of Langham
Hotel, Hong Kong and currently also
serves as our Senior Vice President
– Operations. |

| Helmut KNIPP |

Mr. Knipp is a seasoned hotel executive with over 30 years of experience in hotel, resort and club
development, possessing a strong background in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Throughout
his career with Hilton Hotels, Mr. Knipp has held senior management positions in sales and marketing,
operations and finance.
He was also actively involved in the pre-opening projects with Lincoln Hotels, Dallas where he
directed the acquisition and opening of four new hotels and completed redevelopment of two historic
properties. He also headed the Peabody Hotel Group and North American and Carribean operations for
Renaissance Hotels prior to its merger with Stouffer Hotels. Prior to joining LHI, Mr. Knipp was
Managing Director of CCA International Ltd., Hong Kong, managing 28 clubs and resorts in 14 countries
in Asia and Europe and handling business development in China and the Asia Pacific region.
In his new role, Mr. Knipp spearheads LHI's development team to extend Langham's business ventures worldwide.

The accomplished Ms. Styles is a recognized international authority on hotel sales and revenue strategies with over 20 years in the industry, including 12 years in Asia Pacific.
Her tenure at Langham Hotels International has seen the global sales team double in size with the opening of new regional offices in strategic locations and key markets to support the expansion of the group in three years. Her leadership has seen her successfully develop global partnerships and alliances that have yielded significant revenue benefits. Ms Styles' remit includes managing the group's presence at trade shows to drive optimal results as well as oversee the pre-opening sales strategies of new properties. She also developed and introduced an in-house training programme for all property-based and corporate sales associates.

Ms Shng joined the Group in 2003 as
Director of Communications of the
Langham Place Hotel, Mongkok, Hong
Kong and Eaton Hotel Hong Kong. She
became the Group's Director of Public
Relations in April 2005 with over
10 years of communications experience
in Singapore, China and Hong Kong.
She is responsible for developing
the Group's strategic publicity
campaign through effective communication
with the media. Previously, Ms Shng
worked for New World Renaissance Hotel,
Island Shangri-La Hong Kong and Television
Corporation of Singapore. |

Mr Luk, who joined the Group in 1994,
has served as Financial Controller
of several of Langham's hotel portfolio
properties. With more than 20 years'
experience in business management,
financial planning and control, he
played a vital role during the Group's
successful takeover of the Langham
Hotel, Hong Kong upon completion of
its acquisition in 1994. Mr Luk previously
worked for the Mandarin Oriental and
New World Hotel Groups. |

Ms Cheng joined the Group in 1991
and was promoted to Group Human Resources
Director in 1995. She has been involved
in a wide range of projects related

of human resources practices and policies

Mr Kwan has 37 years of hotel experience,
specialising in hotel finance and
development in the Philippines, Indonesia,
Australia and China. He rejoined the
Group in 2003 to further our own developments
in Mainland China under the Langham
brand. Previously, Mr Kwan worked
for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group,
Ka Wah Group, Royal Pacific Hotels,
Vista International Hotels, Holiday
Inn and Marco Polo Hotels. |

Mr. Littlewood has spent 12 years working in Hong Kong and Guangdong province, China. He started his career in the hospitality industry with Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong and subsequently joined Luhu Golf and Country Club, Guangzhou, where he was responsible for the pre-opening of new restaurants and food & beverage operations. Throughout his career he has assumed operations management positions in different sectors including real estate, education and luxury auto development.
Mr. Littlewood is responsible for identifying suitable business development opportunities for the LHI and conducting feasibility studies covering financial, strategic and operation aspects. |

| Stefan HEINTZE |

Graduated from Lausanne Hotel School, Mr. Heintze possesses over 14 years of experience working in international hotels and leading private clubs in Asia, including Thailand, Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. He started his career with Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Centre, and then joined CCA International where he had managerial job rotation among various clubs managed by the group in Asia including the position as Operations Analyst at their headquarters in Hong Kong. Mr. Heintze also held senior management roles in hotels and resorts in Asia, including Pathumwan Princess Hotel, Bangkok and Dusit Resort Pattaya Hotel under Dusit Group. Before joining LHI, Mr. Heintze was Pre-opening and Opening General Manager of Palmerston Suites Tianjin Hotel in China.

Mr. Walters possesses 20 years of experience working in the hospitality industry. He has been the General Manager of five hotels in Australia, South East Asia and Central America. During his appointment with W Hotels, he was responsible for setting up the W brand in Australia as General Manager of W Sydney - the first W Hotel established outside the US. Prior to joining LHI, Mr. Walters directed and managed a hospitality consultancy firm offering professional advice and support across numerous disciplines including marketing, human resources and operations.
As Director of Brand, Mr. Walters will articulate Langham Place and Eaton brands into daily hotel operations, which includes the implementation of consistent brand standards across all hotels. He will also provide brand support to all new Langham Place and Eaton properties, while ensuring the essence of the two respective brands is well communicated in all sales and marketing channels.
