Monday 24th May marks the beginning of a new chapter in the life of London’s legendary hotel, The Langham.

May 24th is also the day when The Langham Hotel, London – currently known as the Langham Hilton – will become the flagship of Langham Hotels International. LHI is the hotel operating arm of The Langham’s existing owners, Great Eagle Holdings Limited, based in Hong Kong. LHI currently owns hotels in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

The Leading Hotels of the World is a membership organisation of more than 400 of the world’s finest luxury hotels. To become a member a hotel must meet exacting standards of excellence in all areas, and must undergo a rigorous inspection process.
