TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The “Unlock The Langham” promotion (“Promotion”) is applicable only to participating The Langham Hotels and Resorts properties in the United States, the United Kingdom, Indonesia, Australia and Hong Kong SAR.

2. The Promotion runs from 10 June 2022 to 16 June 2022 (both dates inclusive). One “Secret Code” will be released daily on the official Instagram account of The Langham Hotels and Resorts (@langhamhotels) during the promotional period. A total of seven (7) Offers will be released during the promotional period, and “Secret Code” must be applied to enjoy the Offer(s).

3. The list of participating hotels varies per each Offer, please check with individual hotel for details.

4.To be eligible to enjoy the Offers relating to Dining and Spa, guests are required to contact any one of the participating hotels directly and quote the respective “Secret Code” of that Offer within the designated validity period.

5. To be eligible to enjoy the Offers relating to Room Reservations, guests are required to book direct via langhamhotels.com by inputting the respective “Secret Code” of that Offer under the field of “Promo / Corp Code” within the designated validity period.

6. All Offers are subject to hotels’ availability at the time of bookings, blackout dates apply.

7. All Offers are based on first-come-first-served basis, and limited quotas are set per individual participating hotel.

8. Participating hotels’ terms & conditions apply, please check with individual hotel for details.

9. The Promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other special discounts or promotions.

10. The Promotion is subject to change without prior notice.

11. In case of any disputes, the decision of Langham Hospitality Group and participating hotels shall be final and overriding.
