Enjoy the new signature set menu crafted by our Malaysian Executive Sous Chef, Chef Ng. Local classics such as Nasi Lemak with Chicken Curry is elevated with premium ingredients while the Wagyu Beef Cheek is braised in lemongrass and galangal, and infused with aromatic spices. Complementing the Wagyu Beef Rendang are steamed coconut rice, traditional sambal chilli sauce, hardboiled egg, peanut, fried anchovy, and fresh cucumber slices.
