Local classics such as nasi lemak and Singapore laksa are elevated with premium ingredients for an extra touch of luxury.

For example, Chef Ng includes tender wagyu beef rendang in his signature nasi lemak creation. The wagyu beef cheek is braised in lemongrass and galangal, and infused with aromatic spices. Complementing the wagyu beef rendang are steamed coconut rice, traditional sambal chilli sauce, hardboiled egg, peanuts, fried anchovies, and fresh cucumber slices. Chef Ng has elevated the Singapore laksa with Boston lobster cooked in laksa gravy. Other ingredients include rice vermicelli, prawns, tofu puffs, bean sprouts, fish cake, and hardboiled egg, all served in a spicy coconut milk-based broth.

An a la carte menu and a three-course menu in rotation basis at HKD268 are available. Available daily from 11:00am - 3:00pm.
