Helmed by one of the most celebrated chefs in the UK, Tom’s by Tom Aikens offers an elevated dining experience for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Menus are personally curated by Aikens; a restauranteur, author and media personality who is the youngest British chef to be awarded two Michelin stars at the age of 26.
Set with leather upholstered seating, elaborate flooring, elegant chandeliers and boasts floor to ceiling windows showcasing a spectacular views of Jakarta’s business district and dazzling lights. Tom’s European classic menu is defined by seasonal changes where local and seasonal produce are carefully handpicked suppliers to ensure only the best makes it to the diners’ plates.
Tom’s celebrates flavours and harmonises taste, texture, working with the world’s best meat imported or dry aged to perfection in-house, along with poultry and seasonal seafood prepared and cooked “on the bone”.
The Marrone show kitchen where guests may witness the culinary team in action from six cooking stations, also features a prominent wood fired oven and grill, Himalayan salt meat lockers, cheese and wine cabinets stocked with the best from around the world.
A mezzanine lounge that overlooks the restaurant, will have a dedicated bar menu featuring light bites with a bar that specializes in handcrafted cocktails and features one of the largest whisky selections in Jakarta.
