Palm Court is a fresh and elegant space that serves as a dramatic backdrop to the lobby, featuring natural stone flooring and painted timber columns that showcase a traditional yet luxurious finish. Restyled after its namesake at The Langham, London where traditional English afternoon tea was served over 140 years ago, Palm Court pays tribute to its heritage with a bespoke version of the tradition – “The Langham Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood” – serving Wedgwood specialty teas in tailor-made “Langham Rose” Wedgwood tea ware with a special menu created by our Executive Pastry Chef. Elevating the experience with delicate confections and savoury pleasures, the world of Wedgwood comes to the Langham, Hong Kong.

For those who wish to take away signature sweets for family, friends or co-workers, Palm Court offers the perfect palatable present. Enjoy homemade treats including éclairs, sacher torte, cakes and other gourmet delights to celebrate any occasion or just because. Golden Easter Eggs

This Easter, discover Palm Court’s Golden Easter Eggs made of fine Illanka dark chocolate with subtle flavours of black fruits. Decorated in gold leaves, each decadent chocolate showpiece contain a golden ticket that presents a “two-night stay at The Langham, Hong Kong’s newly refurbished Grand Langham room and The Langham Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood experience for two”. A lucky few will have a “Suite” surprise of a complimentary upgrade to the Langham Suite.

Each Golden Easter Egg is priced at HK$6,500 and available from 16 March to 10 April 2015. Please order three days in advance.


Spring Floral Éclairs

Inspired by blossoms in which spring brings, Executive Pastry Chef Reinhard Lackner has embraced the season by creating six colourful Floral Éclairs. Each is decorated with a floral flair and used flavour profiles of Wild Hibiscus Flower, Key Lime and Spearmint, Mango Sauternes and Apricot, Madagascar Spring Vanilla, Forest Berry, as well as Double Chocolate with Marzipan. The Palm Court lounge will also be dressed for springtime where guests can nibble on edible decorations and enjoy a sensory experience.
