Available from 11 to 14 February 2017, the afternoon tea is priced at HK$598 for two persons.
New Year Treats for Afternoon Tea
Palm Court presents New Year treats for afternoon tea, such as the Tiramisu made of Mascarpone, espresso, lady finger and cocoa, and the Le Rocher comprised of chocolate mousse and crunchy hazelnut biscuits. On the savoury side, expect an assortment of “pseudo” tomatoes with fillings of smoked salmon, chicken with Dijon mustard and green pea hummus.
The price is HK$348 per person, and HK$598 for two persons.
