New Autumn Menu with Hairy Crab
The hairy crab season is now in full swing in T’ang Court. Crafted with premium seasonal ingredients by the three Michelin-starred culinary team, indulge in our latest Autumn delicacies:
- Steamed Hairy Crab
- Steamed Egg White with Bamboo Fungus Rolls filled with Imperial Bird's Nest, and topped with Hairy Crab Meat and Roe
- Stewed Prawns and Bean Curd with Hairy Crab Meat and Roe
The menu also covers a series giant mottled eel dishes and Hot Pot Rice with Sliced Frog to keep you warm in early fall.
The new monthly specialties menu is offered from 1 October to 30 November 2017 throughout lunch and dinner services.
