Entertain the New Year in Three Michelin Star Style
Ring in The Year of the Monkey with an array of Chinese New Year specialties at Three Michelin Starred T’ang Court. Executive Chef - Chinese Cuisine Kwong Wai Keung and his culinary team have meticulously created a special Lunar New Year menu, as well as dim sum delights to celebrate the occasion. With seasonal ingredients that carry specific auspicious meanings, we wish everyone good fortune and prosperity in the New Year.
The Chinese New Year menu is available from 8 to 14 February 2016 for lunch and dinner, while the dim sum selection will be served during lunch only.

Executive Chef Kwong Wai-Keung has put together a six-course heart-warming dinner menu including Double Boiled Sea Whelk with Fish Maw and Chicken Soup, Braised Abalone with Beche-de-Mer and Seasonal Vegetables and Double Boiled Imperial Bird’s Nest with Almond Juice that will leave you longing for more.
The menu is priced at HK$1,680 per person and exclusively available on 14th February, 2016.

Biodynamic dining experience
Three Michelin-Starred T’ang Court presents a new age of astronomical dining with the exclusive Biodynamic Wine and Dine Menu.
Showcasing a synergy of east and the west, T’ang Court’s Executive Chef Kwong Wai Keung offers a six-course journey to introduce Chinese flavours to cohesively blend with biodynamic wines from Slovenia’s Movia Winery that have been harvested according to the position of the planets. The experience is complemented by fine Chinese teas that are biodynamic as well to help digestion and cleanse the palate for each course.
The exclusive Biodynamic Wine and Dine Menu require a minimum number of 10 people and priced at HK$1,988 per person, subject to 10% service charge.
