The Food Gallery welcomes the crab season with a wide spread of crab specials from October to November during dinner buffet. Savour imported fresh crabs and indulge in the captivating dishes including Baked Canadian Snow Crab Leg with Black Truffle Sabayon and Scallion and Maryland Blue Crab Cake with Remoulade Sauce. Every two buffet patrons can enjoy a whole Singapore Chilli Crab on us, which promises you a sumptuous feast that should not be missed.
