Born into a family of cooks, Justin embraces tradition and innovation of food with enthusiasm.

He joined the culinary industry in 1993, and amassed over 20 years of culinary experience, alongside a lifelong passion for fine Cantonese cuisine. Before joining us in 2019, Justin worked in some of the best restaurants in Shanghai and Hong Kong.
