This exclusive evening is designed as a guided exploration of Mexico’s emerging fine wine scene and features paired dishes such as Tamal de Pato with cocoa, coffee, and achiote; Cordero with jalapeño; and Short Rib Enmoladas with mole, sesame, peanut, and hoja santa.
