Michael Li entered the hotel western kitchen as a chef in 2010. He has more than 12 years of working experience. During this period, he learned from the Michelin three-star chef Mauro colagreco and learned the production of French cuisine and other fine-dining dishes. Michael Li insists on doing the right thing as a career creed; adhere to the study and innovation of dishes.​
