Clara Vista Cottage is a two story Spanish mission-style mansion constructed in the 1930s near the edge of the property across the historic Picture Bridge. The 5,500-square-foot hacienda features a grand entrance into a large foyer with a powder room, winding staircase, high wood beam ceilings and an old-fashioned elevator. An 18-seat boardroom is located on the ground level, and the cottage features a total of four guest rooms which can be converted into a two bedroom suite complex on the lower level and an additional two bedroom suite on the upper level. It also offers large outdoor patio areas with lounge style seating and convenient parking. It is perfectly suited for corporate meetings, leisure getaways and private receptions.

The bottom floor features a 1,624-square-foot suite with high wood-beam ceilings, a large living room, wet bar, full kitchen, fireplace, bedroom, study area, patio access and oversized windows allowing for abundant natural light. Also on the ground floor is a charming 416 square-foot guestroom that can be reserved in conjunction with the suite and adjoining foyer and powder room to create a two bedroom luxury suite.

The upper level includes a suite with a large living room area, and is comprised of 1,314 square feet incluyding a bedroom of 560 square feet. The suite includes high wood beam ceilings, separate dining room, large wet bar and access to a large outdoor patio with two cabanas, lounge chairs and outdoor dining table. The suite is perfectly suited for receptions and small events.

A double room is also located on the upper level and can be reserved in conjunction with the suite, adjoining foyer and powder room to create a two bedroom luxury suite. The double room is 441 square feet and features two double beds, oversize windows and immaculate views.
