Melba Restaurant is sharing with guests the provenance of the restaurant’s hero ingredients with its Season’s Harvest concept, the perfect platform to showcase Victoria’s local produce and sensational beef, fish and fruit from interstate. Diners will be able to see where many of the ingredients come from by reading the labels at Melba’s open kitchen and all of Melba’s team members have learned where ingredients are grown or reared and are able to talk to diners about different areas of Victoria.

The award winning Melbourne institution with floor to ceiling views over the Yarra River and the Melbourne city skyline, Melba has long been a favorite with locals. Our signature restaurant caters for a wide variety of tastes and is a showcase for premium Victorian produce and local wines.
The series of open interactive kitchens where guests can communicate with the chefs, offering guests a diverse range of international and local culinary cuisines. Guests can indulge in delicacies from the Asian wok and dumpling section, the Indian Tandoori oven and spice kitchen, the rotisserie, the extensive chilled seafood section and the sushi station or the char grill. A decadent “Floating Dessert” display will also tempt guests with its array of sweet treats. The finale features the artisan farmhouse cheese island.
