Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with valid government-issued identification to reserve and check-in to a guestroom. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in time and become a registered guest in the room.
ADA Accessibility Policy
The Langham, New York is committed to providing an accessible experience for all guests. ADA-compliant guest rooms are available and should be reserved in advance to ensure availability. Accessible room features may include wider doorways, roll-in showers or accessible bathtubs, grab bars, lowered fixtures, visual notification devices, and other accessibility enhancements. Specific features vary by room type. Certified Service Animals are always welcome and are exempt from pet fees and restrictions.

Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to an early departure fee of one night room and tax.
Occupancy Policy
Our guest rooms comfortably accommodate up to two adults. Additional guests are welcome for a supplemental charge. Langham Club lounge access is available to all guests for $225 per person, per day. Rollaway beds can be added to your stay for $75.
Payment Policy
On arrival at the hotel, The Langham, New York requires a credit card pre-authorization to cover the value of your stay plus $150.00 of incidentals per night. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution. The hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. If you wish to settle your account by cash, your identification is required along with full accommodation prepayment, and an incidental deposit of $150.00 per day.
Non-Smoking Policy
The Langham, New York is a 100% non-smoking hotel and has a "no smoking" policy in all rooms and public area. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside of the building. A $500 per stay cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the hotel.
Family Policy
Children 17 and under stay free in the existing bedding of a standard room or suite shared with a paying adult. Additional fees for children six and older apply for Langham Club rooms and Suites. Children-friendly menus are available in Private Kitchen.
Pet Policy
We welcome well-mannered dogs weighing 20 lbs or under, with a maximum of two pets per guest room. Please note that The Langham, New York is a dog-friendly hotel, we are unable to accommodate cats or other animals at this time. Pets are welcome in common areas of the hotel and must remain leashed at all times. In accordance with New York State and city health codes, pets are not permitted in our restaurants, Langham Club Lounge, or fitness studio. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 per stay will be applied to your account prior to departure. Certified Service Animals are always welcome and exempt from all fees.
Parking Policy
The Langham, New York is pleased to offer our guests the convenience of valet parking at $90.00 per day, without in-out privileges. Overnight Self-Parking is not available on the property.
