Our cookery school has been curated by a talented team of chefs, including two-star Michelin chef, Michel Roux Jr. Learn the basics in our ‘Building Block’ classes, or opt for one of our longer ‘Masterclasses’ for a more advanced level. Sauce by the Langham is a fun way to learn new skills, whilst also being able to enjoy your delicious creations.

Spend a day with the two Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Jr., as he guides you through three of his favourite seasonal dishes.
Learn the four pillars of bread making that will take your abilities to new heights and leave you with the skills to create the most satisfying and beautiful bakes.
This half-day class will walk participants through the creation of four classic puddings.
Millie began her cooking career working on a variety of cooking shows before her relationship with the Michel Roux Jr began with assisting on the Roux Scholarship for Cactus TV. Today, Millie has worked and staged at all the Roux restaurants, honing her skills, also working as the food stylist for Michel’s most recent book; The French Revolution. Millie’s expertise in designing, developing and teaching cookery classes is what brought her to The Langham, London.
