PERSONAL TRAINER

Our Personal Trainer Charles Knight has amassed a vast level of education & experience working with some of the leading authorities in their field from Precision Nutrition, to a Level 4 personal training diploma specialising in obesity & weight management & a BSc in Sports Science & Coaching.

He has worked with numerous clients with different lifestyles & challenges, optimising their health, fitness & productivity. 

 

Expertise:

 

Through proven training methods & an integrated approach to each client which takes into account nutrition & lifestyle management, Charlie has achieved the most desired & long term results through his training programmes.

 

He offers 1-2-1 sessions or Small Group Personal Training for up to 3 people.
