We have definitely had some down time after our wonderful wedding and we are currently in the airport about to go on our honeymoon We had such an amazing night and absolutely loved how the room turned out, it was so stunning! The venue was exceptional, with a stunning presentation, prime location, and great food. The Alto Room, ideal for our wedding size, featured a balcony overlooking the city. Staff were attentive, ensuring smooth operations.

Kim, our function coordinator, was outstanding, making the planning stress-free and the day flawless. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and handwritten name cards were remarkable.

The first-night honeymoon suite, while Victorian in style, was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Improved lighting and better wayfinding would enhance the experience further, but overall, it was a memorable stay.

You did an outstanding job ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was incredible – please pass on our compliments to the chef, we were thrilled with the menu and the canapés. The ballroom setup was perfect – it looked magical, and I truly felt like a princess. The staff were so attentive – the best service I’ve ever received at a hotel.

The staff at The Langham are to be commended as a whole. Our experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we left was extraordinary. All staff with whom we interacted were friendly, attentive to our needs and always helpful. We are so grateful to the wedding reception team (led / co-ordinated by Kim Hilbig) - including but not limited to the audio-visual team, bar staff, waiters and waitresses, and the kitchen who produced exceptional food which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Without exaggeration, The Langham delivered an exceptional reception event on a day that which will live in our memory as the best day of our lives.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with both Dora and Kim during our wedding planning process. Both of these coordinators were so efficient, patient, warm, and had excellent attention to detail. I never felt that any question was too big or too small – Kim and Dora were always happy to help, and my husband and I felt that we were in the best hand throughout our planning journey. On the night, Kim was an absolute dream to work with – we felt that she really cared about every aspect of our reception, and went to every length to make sure our reception was perfect.

We had our wedding in the Alto room and I must say without Kimberly our wedding would of not been perfect. Her attention to detail and support through out the whole process was nothing short of amazing, I will be recommending the Langham to all future friends and family who are getting married and will be directing them straight to Kimberly. We can not thank her enough. The food was exceptional and filling and all of my guests had the best time. We look forward to returning to the Langham for future stays and events
