You might just go barking mad with excitement as we reveal a pampered pets staycation, curated specially for you and your four legged friends! Whether you're celebrating a pet's birthday, milestone, or simply giving your loved one some much needed pampering, we've got Australia's most luxurious pet package just for you.
You and your pampered pets will receive the following treats:
- Luxurious accommodation in Executive Terrace (dogs only) and Deluxe River Corner King rooms
- Breakfast in bed for up to two (2) people each day. Private Dining Pet Menu available for your pet with meals to pet meals to purchase
- Welcome amenity for your dog or cat together with a Langham branded pet bed & pet bowls to use whilst in-residence
- Valet parking for one (1) car
- $150 pet fee is inclusive in the accommodation cost for the pet for all bookings
- Complimentary WiFi internet to capture and share your stay on social media
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Offer is valid for stays from 30th January 2021 - 30th December 2021.
- Deluxe Balcony or Executive Terrace (dogs only) and Deluxe River Corner King (cats only) – Subject to availability.
- Executive Terrace room does not include executive lounge access and guest will receive a AUD $100 Food & Beverage credit per room, per night during your stay.
- We reserve the right to change the details of the promotion from time to time, and to offer alternative benefits should the one requested be unavailable.
- Pet welcome amenity applies to dogs and cats only.
- Anytime your pet is in a public area within the hotel including main entrance and check-in area of the hotel, your dog is to be on a leash.
- We highly recommend cats be brought in and out of the hotel in a cat carry box.
- At all times pet owners are responsible for their pet whilst on balcony or terraces of their accommodation whilst in residence and pets are not be left alone outside.
- Pets are not permitted in Melba Restaurant, Executive Lounge, Aria Bar & Lounge, Swimming Pool & Gym Area, Chuan Spa including pool deck, Langham Gift Store and Function facilities.
- For the comfort of guests, we ask that dogs are less than 20kg.
- We allow a maximum of one (1) pet per room.
- Should damage be caused by your pet to any element of our property during your stay; a minimum charge of AUD$300 will be applied to your account.
- Guest waiver form for the Pampered Pets Staycation program will be presented at check-in for guest signature.
- AUD$150 pet fee includes pet items such as bedding, bowl, waste or litter bags whilst in-residence. Please note bedding, bowl and other pet items are only to be used whilst the pet is in residence.
- Standard check-out time is at 12 noon and Late check-out is not applicable.
