The safety of our guests and colleagues remains our upmost priority therefore, in line with the recent UK Government announcement we wanted to make you aware that we are now only able to welcome guests travelling for work purposes from 00:01 on Thursday 5th November through until 00:01 on Wednesday 2nd December.

During this time our restaurants and bars including The Wigmore, Artesian, Palm Court & Roux at The Landau and our Club Lounge will remain closed as will Chuan Body + Soul spa, the gym and pool.


In-Room Dining will be available for breakfast from 07:00 to 10:30 each day and we will be able to provide you with a list of delivery options for dining in your room out with these times.


We appreciate this is a far more limited offering than we would wish to provide but ask for your understanding as we do our best to help protect our guests, colleagues and our community during this challenging time.

In light of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we have implemented stringent precautionary operational measures at all our hotels to safeguard the health and well-being of our guests and colleagues. To assist guests whose travel may be impacted, we will provide a full refund (and waive all related fees) on cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to arrival date for all travellers for stays up to and including 18 December, 2020.
