Authentic Beijing Duck at T’ang Court

T’ang Court at The Langham, Shenzhen will present the authentic Beijing Duck and a series of classic dishes made with duck meat, creating the exquisite taste that blends traditional Beijing flavours with Cantonese cuisine.

 

The ducks are roasted with jujube wood over an open fire for 70 minutes, which ensures that diners at T’ang Court can enjoy succulent roasted duck with tender meat and a fruity aroma. To elevate this sinfully delicious dish to another level, the duck is served with a unique seasoning of specially-made sweet bean sauce, adorned with shredded cantaloupe, spring onion, and cucumber. By wrapping some slices of fatty and lean duck meat with the sauce in a thin piece of steamed pancake, the taste is rich and agreeably fat but not greasy at all.
