Offer is valid all year round.

To avoid any disruption to guests, pets are not permitted to be left on their own in a room. Pet sitting can be arranged via Concierge, and ideally booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Bookings are for a minimum of three hours, and pricing dependent on size of dog.

Pet Afternoon Tea welcome amenity applies to dogs and cats only. A personalised amenity will be arranged for other pets.

Anytime your pet is in a public area within the hotel, we ask that they be on a leash.

We highly recommend cats be brought in and out of the hotel in a cat carry box.

Pets are not allowed in Kitchens on Kent, Observatory Bar or in The Day Spa by Chuan at any time.

For the comfort of all guests, we accept small to medium size dogs, please contact us directly if you would like to discuss

We allow a maximum of two (2) pets per room.

Should damage be caused by your pet to any element of our property during your stay; a minimum charge of AUD$300 will be applied to your account.
