T'ang Court will temporarily close from 20 January as it prepares to unveil a refreshed dining experience, anticipated to open by 1 March 2025.
The new menu will showcase contemporary Cantonese cuisine, drawing inspiration from the wider region and placing a spotlight on locally sourced ingredients. While beloved classics such as live seafood and aged Peking Duck remain, the menu will introduce exciting new highlights, including a dedicated duck section, the return of the Dim Sum menu, and modern dishes like Pork Xiao Long Bao and Fresh Shucked Oysters baked with XO sauce.
The name, decor, and commitment to exceptional service will remain unchanged, ensuring T'ang Court continues to offer a distinctive and memorable dining experience.
For Lunar New Year dining bookings, Akoya restaurant welcomes you for an exquisite buffet showcasing the best of traditional and modern Asian-inspired cuisine on the 29th of January from 5:30pm.
Priced at $149 per person, this buffet will feature chilled seafood, oysters, sushi and sashimi, and a selection of Asian favourites such as dumplings, spring rolls, Peking duck and char siu pork.
