TOASTIE TAKEOVER

The Wigmore Toastie Takeover is back!

In honour of The Wigmore's famous cheese toastie which has been a firm favourite since the pub opened in 2017, we are having a third series of the Toastie Takeover with a strong line-up of renowned chefs, offering their take on this ultimate comfort food. Each guest chef toastie will be available for one month, alongside The Wigmore's signature XXL creation and £1 from each guest chef toastie sold will be donated to the hospitality mental health charity, The Burnt Chef Project.

The 2025 Takeover is kicking off with Bradley Cacela, the new Head Chef at at Tom Kerridge’s The Coach in Marlow. Bradley’s indulgent toastie combines slow-cooked beef shin, fennel & chilli sausage, gorgonzola and mozzarella - a rich fusion of British and Italian flavours, crafted in true gastropub fashion.
