Twins Alan and Trevor are responsible for illuminating the historic building's exterior, meaning they must master abseiling its structure. Executive Sous Chef Oliver is under pressure to orchestrate five kitchens and successfully execute a 250-guest charity dinner, under the watchful eye of Langham’s Culinary Director, Michel Roux. While another set of twins, the Perberschlager sisters Ursula and Silvia, oversee front-of-house operations to ensure immaculate table settings and excellent service.
