To pay tribute to its heritage, our Palm Court serves a bespoke Afternoon Tea menu of handcrafted confections and savoury pastries. The restaurant also offers delightful homemade treats to celebrate any occasion.

Afternoon Tea:

3:00pm – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday​

OUR TEAM

Hailing from Malaysia, Tzer Tzun specialises in both Southeast Asian and Western cuisine. Most recently, he was the Executive Chef at Sukhothai Shanghai, which houses one Michelin-starred La Scala. Tzer Tzun is also passionate about imparting his skills to his team — training them to perfect dishes and the overall dining experience for guests.
