Hailing from Malaysia, Tzer Tzun specialises in both Southeast Asian and Western cuisine. Most recently, he was the Executive Chef at Sukhothai Shanghai, which houses one Michelin-starred La Scala. Tzer Tzun is also passionate about imparting his skills to his team — training them to perfect dishes and the overall dining experience for guests.
