Michael brings a wealth of culinary experience. Before joining The Langham, Hong Kong, he worked at Schote, a one Michelin-starred restaurant in Germany, and in Kuala Lumpur — where he embraced the region's flavours and spices.
Michael also served as the Executive Chef at many luxury hotels. With his team, he refined menus and oversaw day-to-day operations in the kitchen.
