- All rates are subject to 10% service charge.
- Credit card prepayment for the full duration of the stay is required at the time of booking. Prepayment will not be refunded for cancellations.
- Children under 12 years old can share the existing bedding with their parents at no extra charge. For a rollaway bed, an additional charge of $550+10% service chargeapplies. Baby Cots/Cribs for infants are subject to availability at no charge.
- For Executive Room & One Bedroom Suite bookings, complimentary club access for The Langham Club is for 2 persons. (For Children aged 4-11, an additional charge of $200+10% service charge per night would be applied).
- Dining discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, dining credits, offers, special menu like Tang Court Starry Afternoon Set, Surf n’ Turf dinner menu and other promotional menus. Blackout dates apply.
- Spilling rice, beans or lotus seed is prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas. Flammables and candles are not allowed in guestroom. No stickers or any decoration outside the guestrooms door and in the hallways. Kindly note that a cleaning fee will be applied if necessary.
