The Langham, Hong Kong proudly partners with natural diamond jeweller MaBelle to present "The Spotlight Afternoon Tea." Available exclusively throughout September and October, this grand collaboration fuses Palm Court’s world-renowned British afternoon tea heritage with a sparkling celebration of MaBelle’s milestone 35-year journey.

CULINARY CRAFTSMANSHIP AND GRACE

Immersed in the refined grandeur of Palm Court, the menu translates the fluid architecture and pavé setting of fine jewellery into edible art.

Sweet Creations

Highlights include the shimmering Strawberry and Pistachio Mousse, embellished with delicate sparkles that echo light-catching diamond facets, alongside the striking Black Sesame and Mango Cake, which offers a dramatic visual and flavour contrast mirroring the tea's gold-and-black aesthetic. Further sweet creations feature delicate pastries infused with Earl Grey, passion fruit, and white chocolate.

Savoury Delights

Gourmet highlights feature the indulgent Red Prawn and Caviar Blini, crowned with gleaming ocean jewels of caviar, alongside the opulent Smoked Duck and Foie Gras Toast. This savoury ensemble is seamlessly balanced with refined bites of tuna tartare brioche and egg salad elevated with salmon roe.

To complete the legendary Langham ritual, the experience features Palm Court's iconic freshly baked plain and dried fruit scones, served warm with clotted cream and signature preserves, alongside a curated selection of fine loose-leaf teas.
