Terms and Condition

• Offer is valid for bookings from 18 November 2021 - 31 December 2022 and stays for any nights between 18 November 2021 - 31 December 2022.
• The rate is non-refundable, and full prepayment is required for the entire stay.
• Children under 12 years of age can share the existing bedding with their parents at no extra charge. For a rollaway bed, an additional charge of $550+10% service charge, applies. Baby Cots/Cribs for infants are subject to availability at no charge.
• Dining discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, dining credits, offers, special menu like Tang Court Starry Afternoon Set, Surf n’ Turf dinner menu and other promotional menus. Blackout dates apply
• For Executive Room & One Bedroom Suite bookings, complimentary club access for The Langham Club is per paying guest.
• Any excessive damage in guestrooms may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.
• We reserve the right to change the details of the promotion from time to time, and to offer alternative benefits should the one requested be unavailable.
